1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the moga88 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access method provided — you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as a member ("Member") and the management of the moga88 platform ("Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use moga88 services.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the moga88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which together form the complete agreement between the Member and the Company.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

moga88 services are only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration and throughout the duration of membership;
• An individual who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits participation in online gambling activities;
• Have never been declared bankrupt or be in the process of debt settlement;
• Have never been banned or suspended from using moga88 services previously.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each Member is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — using different names, identity card numbers, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts.

During registration, Members must provide information that is truthful, accurate and current, including:

• Full name as per MyKad;
• A valid date of birth;
• An active mobile number registered in Malaysia;
• A valid and accessible email address;
• Payment account details linked to the Member's actual identity.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. The Company shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the Member's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The moga88 platform supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods to facilitate Member transactions, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction;
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request;
• Every transaction must use a payment method registered in the Member's own name — transfers through third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal Processing Time:

Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved. This timeframe depends on the payment method selected and the time the request is submitted.

The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, in line with compliance and anti-money laundering requirements. This includes a copy of MyKad or other relevant supporting documents.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by moga88 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x) before any withdrawal involving winnings from the bonus can be processed. This requirement is fixed and non-negotiable.

General Terms for All Bonuses:

• Each type of bonus may only be claimed once per account or per device;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to third parties;
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through methods deemed to be abuse or fraud;
• Expiry dates and wagering requirements for each promotion will be stated specifically in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the moga88 platform — including slots, live casino, sports and online betting — are conducted in accordance with their respective specific rules and conditions. Members are advised to read and understand the rules of each game before playing.

In the event of a technical error, service disruption, or any disputed outcome during a game session, moga88 reserves the right to void or correct the relevant result after an internal investigation has been conducted. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots, or external tools to play or place bets;
• Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Colluding with other members unlawfully to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal their actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

7. Member Responsibilities

As a moga88 Member, you acknowledge that all betting activities are carried out in your personal capacity and at your own risk. You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to you;
• All taxes, duties, or financial obligations arising from winnings obtained;
• The security of the device and internet connection you use to access the platform;
• Any actions or transactions carried out using your account, including by other individuals who may have been granted access by you.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice if:

• The Member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• There are indications of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of services;
• Information provided during registration or identity verification is found to be false or inaccurate;
• The Member is found to hold more than one active account;
• There is a requirement to comply with instructions from law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact moga88 customer support. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned once the verification and review process is complete, subject to the relevant terms.

9. Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, moga88 and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the services;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the Company's reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility outages, third-party cyber attacks, or internet infrastructure issues;
• Loss or damage to data resulting from unavoidable technical failures;
• Members' financial outcomes arising from betting activity on the platform.

In all circumstances, the Company's liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Enforcement

moga88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legislative changes, or service improvements. Members will be notified via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the moga88 website;
• A notification sent by email to the address registered in the Member's account.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please contact our customer support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legal principles under the international licensing jurisdiction in which moga88 operates. Any dispute relating to the platform must first be directed through moga88's 24/7 customer support channels before any formal proceedings are initiated.
